Breeder ManagerBreeder ManagerThis policy explains how the Breeder Manager application (the „App") processes users' personal data. The App is operated by Dominik Pieniaszek, ul. Miodowa 13, 83-200 Okole („we").
We process data to provide the breeding-management service (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to ensure security and handle subscriptions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)) and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
If you use the graphic generator, selected dog photos and a scene description are sent to an AI provider (Google, Gemini model) solely to generate the image. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
You purchase the PRO subscription through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and in the future also via a web payment provider. We do not store payment card data. We only receive subscription status information.
The App is hosted on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We use trusted sub-processors: infrastructure provider, AI generator provider (Google), payment operators (Apple, Google, and a future web payment provider).
We keep data until the account is deleted. You can delete your data (dogs, litters, etc.) at any time or request account deletion.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.
